Visionary scale. Grounded execution.
Most firms serving residential real estate are strong at one of two things. Some can see where an organization or the industry needs to go. Others are good at the work right in front of them. Very few hold both, and the organizations we serve feel that gap every time a strategy stalls somewhere between the plan and the follow-through.
twenty-two Intelligence is built to close it: ambitious enough to see where an organization needs to go, disciplined enough to deliver the research, benchmarking and execution plan that gets it there.
What that means in practice
Vision at scale. We think in systems and long horizons, not single transactions. The goal is something built to last, not just an answer to today's problem.
Practical execution. Every finding comes with what to do about it. Plans have to survive boards, budgets and real operating conditions.
Trust earned through follow-through. Confidence comes from competence and from doing what we said we'd do. That's what earns a seat inside the tent.
Research and action held together. Intelligence, advisement and execution work as one discipline, not competing instincts.
Vision → Structure → Legacy
Why the name
twenty-two isn't a placeholder or a founder's initials in disguise. 22 is traditionally known as the Master Builder: the number associated with turning big vision into lasting, real-world structures. It pairs the big-picture instinct of 2, doubled, with the practical discipline of 4 (2 + 2 = 4). Vision with the follow-through to build something from it. It describes exactly the firm we set out to build.
The logo carries the same idea
The double-spiral mark is two interlocking forms, each a variation on the same shape, bound into one figure: two distinct strengths, vision and execution, research and advisement, that only work at full strength together. It also echoes the structure underneath the name. twenty-two Intelligence, twenty-two Advisement and twenty-two Solutions are distinct lines of work held together by one number and one discipline.
A personal connection
22 has followed Clint for most of his life. It was always his number in sports, long before it became his first tattoo, and the pull toward it predates the firm by a wide margin.
Part of why it resonates: Clint faced cancer at 19, young enough that it reordered how he thinks about time, risk and what's worth building. The discipline and long-view patience the number stands for weren't claimed on faith. They were built the hard way, early. That's the thread between the number, the tattoo and the firm.
The Master Builder doesn't stop at insight, and it doesn't stop at a plan. It stops when something real is standing that wasn't there before.
