Clint Skutchan, Founder
Clint Skutchan founded twenty-two Intelligence after nearly a decade leading the Organized Real Estate consulting division at T3 Sixty, progressing from Vice President to Senior Vice President to Executive Vice President. Before that, he served as CEO of the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®, following a career arc that began in commercial talk radio and trade association executive leadership before moving into national consulting.
At T3 Sixty, his research portfolio included performance benchmarking studies, compensation studies, and business pro formas built directly for MLS and association leadership decision-making — the same class of research work twenty-two Intelligence now delivers independently.
