By invitation

Charter Underwriters are early backers of the case for independent, credible, timely, action-oriented intelligence for residential real estate.

Support with acknowledgment, not an investment. Charter Underwriters hold no ownership, equity or influence over research findings.

Four cohorts of 22

  • Organized Real Estate: MLS, association and organized real estate leaders. Accepting commitments now.
  • Brokerage: brokerage, team and franchise-system leaders. Opens once a convener commits.
  • Technology: platform and vendor leaders. Opens once a convener commits.
  • Advisors: hand-picked consultants and advisors. By invitation.

What Charter Underwriters get

  • Your first year of twenty-two Intelligence, starting at launch, not at payment
  • Everything published in that first year, while the research library is being built
  • Charter pricing protected when the ongoing subscription opens
  • Recognition on this page (opt-in, with an anonymous option)
  • Early reads of research before public release
  • The monthly Charter Brief on the build
  • A quarterly call with your own cohort
  • Input on which research topics get studied first, never on what the research concludes

How it stays independent

Charter Underwriters may suggest research topics. They have no input on methodology, findings, rankings or conclusions, including those involving their own organizations.

Each Brokerage and Technology cohort has a convener who brings their contacts into the group and co-hosts its quarterly call. The role is non-financial: no commissions and no per-seat payments.

$250 for the charter year, one seat per person, payable personally or invoiced to an organization. Seats are personal and not transferable.
