One standard for how well an organization serves the people who rely on it, measured by the people themselves.
Every organization in residential real estate has an opinion about how well it serves its subscribers, members, agents or customers. Very few can compare that opinion against a consistent outside measure, or against peers. The twenty-two Index gives each audience its own benchmark, scored on one common scale so results read the same way everywhere.
The first audiences
Subscriber Pulse, for MLSs. How subscribers rate the service they get from their MLS, and how that compares with how leadership sees it.
Broker & Agent Pulse, for brokerages and franchise systems. How agents and brokers rate the firm or franchise serving them, built around what drives retention and recruitment.
More audiences will follow as each benchmark proves itself.
What participants get
- A private report on their own organization's results
- A comparison against peers once enough organizations take part
- Strategic themes and recommendations, not just a score
What becomes public
Only industry-level findings, published once participation is large enough that no organization can be identified. Individual results stay with the organization that commissioned them.
